Ingredients
- 50ml Monkey Shoulder
- 1 Lime squeezed
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- Top ginger beer
- 1 dash Anastora Bitters

Method
Shake the monkey, lime juice, sugar syrup and bitters; strain into a highball, add ice to top of glass and top with ginger beer

- 25ml Drambuie
- 100ml apple juice
- 4 fresh mint leaves

Shake all the ingredients together and double strain into an ice-filled highball.
