Ingredients

  • 1 Part of Light Rum
  • 2 Parts of Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Part of Coconut Cream
  • 1 Part of Blue Curacao
  • Splash of Ice

Instructions

Add the crushed ice, rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice and coconut cream into a blender. Blend on full power for twenty seconds. Pour the mixture into a chilled glass and decorate with a pineapple wedge.
